Zamokuhle Shezi: Managing Director & Founder
Zamokuhle is the Founder of the Company which was founded on the year of 2007 where she realised the opportunity she had as a young African Lady and how she could infiltrate the construction and business world and create a Legacy led by a African Woman.
Coming from a disadvantaged back round and growing up under minimum resources she finished her schooling years and ventured into Business studies which equipped her with the necessary skills to start build her Company.
Zamokuhle is responsible for the performance of the business including the establishment of strategic direction and development. Over the last few years she has overseen the implementation of these strategic plans resulting in the financial growth and an enhanced profile for the company.
Mfundo Cebekhulu: Chief Operations Director
Mfundo finished his schooling career and ventured into Engineering studies where he acquired extreme knowledge about the Civil and Construction world which he has implemented into to the growth of the company.
Mfundo has hands-on experience in the planning and developing of commercial and residential projects, being responsible for delivering high quality In his current capacity as Head of Operations.
Mfundo Cebekhulu oversees all operational aspects In particular, he focuses on providing an overview on the progress and quality on the works and performance of the team, ensuring that Amadlaba always delivers a high quality service under any given circumstance.
Phakamani Ngcobo: Head Engineer
Phakamani studied Civil Engineer and Project Management and joined the team in 2009 where he has been involved in numerous projects with the Growth of the Company. He heads he Project Management teams together with two Junior Engineers is responsible for the designing and implementing projects and also all progress.
He has been involved in vast Projects ranging from Civil to general Construction working with different environments but always delivering and implementing the best possible solutions ensuring the Company standards.
Douglas Khumalo: Quantity Surveyor
Douglas is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with Experience ranging from Private Sectors to Government Departments where he has dealt with Projects over 10 years. He has been part of the team for the past few years but has brought vast Development into the
Company and assisted in the Diversity within.
He also holds Project Management qualifications which plays a major roll as the Knowledge and Skills empower the Organisation and help in the growth of other Junior staff members.
Mbali Khoza: Office Administration
Mbali is based at the Head office in Ladysmith where she deals with all office administration together with 4 Clerks handling all Paper works together with all Procurement and Human Resource issues.
She also has a Safety Officer qualification which enables her to check and always maintain the Company standards when it comes to Safety across all Projects making sure Safety comes first to our Clients in all Projects.
